Welcome in the Val Monjoie and the Pays du Mont Blanc, where you will discovre during the summer and the winter al lot of amaising landscape, and where you will practice sports and relaxation...

So close to the Chalet Mireille, you will visit the village of Les Contamines Monjoies, the the end of its valley with the the little villlage of Notre Dame de la Gorge. From there, you can walk or take a lift to go to the col du Joly, or maybe walk in direction of the Col du Bonhome, at the Italian boarder and a famous part of the du Tour du Mont Blanc, via the natural reserve of Nant Borrand...
Up to the Châlet Mireille, you will see the Dômes de Miage and the Mont Vorassay, where you may walk by a lot of trails.
In front of the village of la Viellette, you will see the bell-tower of St Nicolas de Véroce, part of the Sentier du Baroque (Baroque mountain trail), which start from Sallanches (the center of the Pays du Mont Blanc, 25 minutes by car) and end in Notre Dame de la Gorge.
